It was too hot today that I didn’t want to get near the stove. Good thing my fiancé, Zach Fishbain was nice enough to take over the kitchen tonight. I think he wanted to show off his cooking skills and made Sole fish filet topped with truffled mushrooms and a side of spinach salad with tomato, avocado and more mushrooms. A little squeeze of lemon and it was FISH DELISH!
